At the end of June, we took a week's holiday in beautiful Val di Non in Italy. My parents came with us and we had a great week exploring the countryside - there were lots of valleys, gorges, lakes and apple orchards.
We drove through Austria to get there and enjoyed some beautiful scenery on the way:

We stayed in a great apartment - bigger than our apartment in Maribor! - and there was a playground right outside, along with the village water fountain - every village seemed to have one.
Last week we spent almost a week camping alongside the Savinjska river in Slovenia. It is also a beautiful part of the world, and we enjoyed some walks in the mountains nearby. 
And of course we can't go camping without the obligatory campfire and marshmallows!
